At Anstett Jewellers, we are seeking a Retail Operations Co‑ordinator who will provide a 5‑star customer experience and support our luxury jewellery sales team. The role involves daily store operations, customer data management and post‑sales service, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Assist with daily display set up and breakdown, ensuring that products are stored safely at close of day.
• Capture accurate customer data and maintain system integrity.
• Support the sales team by managing post‑sales service, repair processes and valuation requests.
• Adhere to all Anstett policies and procedures, including security, repairs and after‑sales services.
