Retrofit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Retrofit Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Solution Manager, ABAP development and S/4HANA and BW/4HANA, with excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with various teams.

• Retrofit Coordination & Execution
  • Manage and monitor the SAP retrofit process across multiple systems (e.g., D, Q, P landscapes).
  • Ensure timely and accurate retrofitting of transports from project systems to maintenance systems and vice versa.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to validate retrofit scope and impact.
  • Propose scenarios to facilitate the retrofit process.
• Governance & Compliance
  • Define and enforce retrofit governance processes and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with change management policies and audit requirements.
