Job Duties:
Prepare, calculate, and issue financial documents such as invoices, bills, account statements, and project cost reports using computerized and manual systems.
Code, enter, verify, and reconcile transactions including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, purchase orders, cheques, and bank statements.
Compile and analyze budget and revenue data for solar projects, considering estimated costs, previous budgets, and supplier quotations.
Calculate project costs including materials, labor, and overhead, and prepare period-end or project cost statements.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments, maintaining good client relations and resolving problems.
Maintain filing and record systems, and perform clerical tasks such as word processing, photocopying, and faxing.
