We are currently seeking a Director of Revenue for Grand Hyatt Los Cabos .
This is a key leadership role responsible for driving the hotel’s overall revenue strategy, optimizing performance, and maximizing profitability across all segments in a dynamic resort environment.
Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Tourism, or Hospitality
Postgraduate degree or certification in Revenue Management, Finance, or Marketing is highly desirable
Experience
5+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Management within hotels, preferably large-scale resorts or all-inclusive properties
Proven leadership experience managing revenue teams and driving commercial strategy
Strong background in market analysis, forecasting, and pricing
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of distribution strategies across online and offline channels
