Revit Design Architect - Multi-Residential

This medium sized multi-disciplinary studio in Melbourne’s CBD is seeking an experienced design focused Project Architect to assist on multi-residential projects from sketch design through to design development. This role is ideal for a strong designer who is still hands on through documentation on Revit. 6 month contract. 

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with internal teams through initial design.
• Produce detailed architectural documentation in Revit across Design Development
• Support the Associate on project delivery
• Coordinate drawings with external consultants
• Resolve design issues and ensure design intent 
• Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, NCC/BCA and ADG

• Qualification in Architecture and local multi-residential experience
