-Job description**Role purpose**- Coordinate and manage projects related to the credit card lifecycle (acquisition, usage, renewal, retention)- Support the execution of larger-scale initiatives, including digital enhancements, engagement campaigns, and risk process improvements- Implement company policies and contribute to the achievement of functional and regulatory objectives.
- Monitor the quality and efficiency of task and services, ensuring regular process reviews and controls are in place.
- Identify and escalate issues that impact product performances, operational risk, or customers experience.
