General Purpose

• The Risk and Compliance Officer shall monitor and analyze areas of risk in the Operations of the Bank to ensure compliance with Policy and Regulatory Requirements

Your duties and Responsibilities shall include:

• Ensuring that the Bank’s business activities are consistent with the acceptable risk tolerance levels set by the Board and th banking industry

• Developing and implementing effective risk management framework for the Bank’s operations

• Ensuring that the Bank is in full compliance with all the Banking laws, rules, regulations, internal policies, procedures and processes

• Responsible for developing and overseeing control systems to prevent violation on regulatory requirements
