Risk Compliance AML/CFT

About the role:
We are seeking a highly strategic Risk Product Compliance Specialist (AML/CFT) to anchor our Governance Wing. As we elevate our regulatory standing to a PJP Type II license and transition into a Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) model, this role is critical to ensuring our expanding product ecosystem operates within strict regulatory boundaries. The successful candidate will act as our internal regulator, embedding a risk-by-default culture into the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) and bridging strict Bank Indonesia (BI) and PPATK compliance with agile fintech innovation to guarantee zero regulatory findings.
