Risk Management Team Lead Americas (Bogotá)

PURPOSE OF ROLE

Lead the operational execution, governance, and continuous improvement of the FX risk hedging programs for the Americas region—covering inventory, balance sheet, and internal funding flows. This role ensures exposures are accurately calculated, hedge strategies comply with policy, and financial results are properly recorded and reported. In addition, the role requires a forward‑thinking, innovative leader capable of leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance strategic decision‑making, forecasting accuracy, process efficiency, and risk analytics. The role must stay ahead of market best practices, challenge the status quo, and proactively bring new ideas that strengthen Inchcape’s FX risk management strategy.
