The Care Management (CM) Manager is accountable for the direction and management of the inpatient Care Management Department. This position provides leadership and oversight for the clinical care management model, staff of approximately 24-31 FTE, budget of approximately $2.4-2.9 M, and operations of the care management department for the facility.
