Position: RN - Admissions Nurse
Shift: 10am-6:30pm
Status: Full-Time

As the admissions nurse, you will be responsible for:
+ coordinating new patient admissions and readmissions
+ coordinating transfers and discharges
+ assisting with MDS assessments and other routine documentation
+ completing assessments of patients with acute illnesses
+ coordinating physician and family notification
+ assisting with order completion.
