RONA is looking for a dedicated Transportation Team Leader who is passionate about logistics and community service. In this role, you will train and guide team members while ensuring compliance with safety protocols. You will play a critical role in managing freight costs and planning effective delivery routes using TMS.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish performance expectations for team output
• Act as a primary resource for transportation initiatives
• Ensure timely service and delivery adherence
• Optimize the use of trailers and loading schedules
• Provide support to Operations and Planning teams
