Flynn Group of Companies is seeking a Roofing Superintendent to join its team at the Kelowna Branch. (Office Location - 8775, 1 Jim Bailey Crescent, Unit D, Lake Country, BC, V4V 1L7). This position reports to the Branch Manager and requires an independent and reliable person to perform the responsibilities outlined below.Schedule & manage crews on site Assist in the hiring and separation of field employees Ensure crews meet or exceed safety plan Proactively determine equipment needs on site and coordinate their delivery Coach & mentor crews Responsible for productivity, expediting materials/equipment and the contractual performance of the project RRSP matching Company events Dental care Extended health care Vision care On-site parking Competitive salary depending on experience/qualifications
