Description
The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for Canad Inns guests. It will be their duty to exhibit respect, courtesy, and helpfulness when addressing guest inquiries. Through telephone interactions, the candidate will strive to provide assistance for guest queries, ensuring a positive conclusion to the call.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving by responding to all inbound calls.
- Adhere to Canad Inns Call Quality Program.
- Maintain professional etiquette and provide effective customer service while corresponding with the Guest.
- Create and maintain reservations according to our set policies and procedures.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
