Primary Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate safe, engaging ropes course activities. This includes leading low‑ropes team‑building initiatives and supervising high‑ropes elements and zip lines.
• Conduct daily inspections of all cables, platforms, ropes, harnesses, and hardware. Ensure all belay techniques and safety protocols are strictly followed by staff and campers alike.
