Description
The Royalty Operations Specialist supports royalty and referral fee operations by helping calculate payments, analyze data discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial reporting. The position works closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to improve processes, ensure data accuracy, and support overall finance and procurement operations.
What You Will Be Doing- Support the calculation and review of royalties and referral fees based on contract terms
- Investigate discrepancies and help track issues back to source data
- Act as a point of contact for assigned partners, assisting with questions and resolving basic issues
- Work with data sets to identify variances and support reporting needs
- Collaborate with teams across Finance, Accounting, Legal, Procurement, ISV, Billing, and Sales Ops to improve data accuracy
- Assist with process improvements and help identify opportunities for better efficiency
