RPN-TFT Transitional Care Unit

Reporting to the Manager, Transitional Care Unit, you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to a patient population with predictable outcomes. As part of a multidisciplinary health care team, you will practice within the Professional Standards of the College of Nurses of Ontario, the Philosophy of patient and family centered care, mission vision, Values and the policies of Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.

Salary Range: $37.175 to 38.160

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted registration as a Registered Practical Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario, or the ability to become licensed with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current certification in BCLS
• Recent experience in Medical/Surgical/Mental Health or Women and Children Care Nursing
