Geographic Information Systems (GIS) theory , cartography, spatial information principles, model building, geo-processing, and the ESRI suite of ArcGIS applications; knowledge of web-service technology including data transfer, Web Mapping Services (WMS), and Web Feature Services (WFS)

ArcGIS Pro as primary desktop

GIS

application and advanced knowledge of

Geoprocessing tools

Managing & publishing services for

ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Portal and ArcGIS Server

Developing web-based applications using

Esri tools such as ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Dashboard, Experience Builder, Arcade or ESRI Web API for JavaScript, A...
