Must Have

• Solid experience with triaging defects, participating and leading triage meetings, and producing defect summary reports.
• Extensive experience performing regression testing, manually and with automation scripts.
• 5–10 years of experience with a range of testing types: black‑box testing, penetration testing, security testing, system testing, unit testing, AODA, and UAT testing.
• Extensive experience preparing detailed test cases and execution plans.
• Hands‑on experience with defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps.
• 5–10 years of hands‑on experience with BRD activities.

Nice to Have

• Prior OPS or public sector experience.
• Contact centre experience.
• Experience with development tools such as Java and AngularJS.
