宿泊部門の運営統括を担当していただく方を募集しています。

・フロント業務、ゲスト対応

・緊急時対応

・顧客満足度の向上

・ソフト、ハード両面での品質の維持と幸寿

・コンプレイン対応と再発防止策の計画と実行

・リスクマネジメント

・後進の育成

・シフト、残業管理

・その他、関連する業務全般
