Safety Clerk

**SUMMARY**This position performs routine maintenance of the facility including grounds.Additional duties include basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, office furniture, and partitions.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**include the following.Other duties may be assigned.
- Daily housekeeping of office and grounds (sweeping, mopping, trash removal, replacing toilet paper, hand towels, soap, etc.)- Perform various maintenance functions that may include but not limited to: light bulb changes (ceiling and dock lights), filter changes (AC, Ice Makers), lock repairs, caulking, painting, minor plumbing (change floats, change handles, turn off/on water).
- Responsible for House Keeping Inventory- Responsible for Tool Crib (Maintenance of tools & Inventory of tools)- Open and closing crates- Use of basic tools and power tools required (drills, hammer, crowbar, screw drivers, leaf blower)- Minor Dock door repairs (change latches, replacement of pull rope for dock doors)- Mai...
