Safety (ehs) manager

Ruedas Grandes is seeking an experienced Safety Manager to lead and strengthen our environmental, health, and safety programs at our San Luis Potosí facility. We're looking for someone who understands safety beyond policies and paperwork. Someone who can build trust, drive accountability, and help create a culture where safety is how we work, not just a checklist.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve safety programs, procedures, and training
Partner closely with operations, maintenance, HR, and leadership to promote a strong safety culture
Track safety metrics, analyze trends, and clearly communicate results and improvements
Support emergency response planning and readiness
Bachelor's degree in Safety, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Health, or a related field
~5+ years of experience in EHS or safety leadership within a manufacturing or industrial environment
