Sales and Operations Planning Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales and Operations Planning Specialist who will support and optimize the end‑to‑end sales process.

• Design, implement, and enhance sales processes, tools, and workflows.
• Develop governance and approval flow to guarantee compliance with contractual terms.
• Oversee order management from order entry to invoicing and cash collection, coordinating with internal teams.
• Ensure accuracy of orders, quotations, pricing, and customer data in CRM and ERP systems.
• Handle escalations related to orders, delivery constraints, or customer claims.
• Support monthly/quarterly forecast and annual planning.
• Interface with Commercial (pricing and contract terms), Trade & Compliance (export control), Supply Chain (order fulfillment and delivery), Finance (revenue recognition, credit checks and collection), and Customer Service (claims and service levels).
