Assist the Marketing Team and customers with product sourcing, quotations, freight rates, and claim handling. Coordinate with the design Team for developing and sharing presentations with clients and architects. Arrange and dispatch samples, promotional materials, quotations, and proforma invoices as required by clients and dealers. Effectively respond to queries and complaints from clients, design Team, Marketing Staff, and Management while ensuring timely resolution. Prioritize work assignments and obtain necessary approvals before placing factory orders. Coordinate and organize work assignments with factories to ensure smooth operations.
