**Responsibilities**:- To update Egg Donor and Surrogate Mother Database with accurate Egg Donor and Surrogate Mother profiles, Conduct quality control of Egg Donor and Surrogate Mother Database;- Coordinate Medical Preparation of Surrogate Mothers and Egg donors in Mexico City with local doctors;- Coordinate their preparation with our team in Cancun clinic and organize Surrogate/Egg donor travel to Cancun for embryo transfer;- Develop ideas and bring forward creative suggestions on improving the quality control footprint;- Ensure Egg Donor and Surrogate Mother satisfaction and high-quality care;- Create Egg Donor and Surrogate Mother profiles and prepare weekly and monthly reports;- Any other responsibilities assi...
