As the Sales Development Flex Manager, you will play a pivotal and uniquely impactful role across ServiceTitan’s Sales Development organization. This is not your average manager seat—it’s a high-visibility opportunity for an adaptable, results-driven leader who thrives on variety, loves building high-performing teams, and wants to make a broad organizational impact.In this role, you will serve as a “floating” first-line SDR Manager, stepping in to provide coverage and lead Sales Development Rep (SDR) teams across the organization during manager absences or working on special high-impact projects.
