Overview
Role Purpose: We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to contribute to our growing team and business in LATAM. This role will report to the Sales Development Manager. The BDR is responsible for qualifying inbound leads, driving outbound calls and campaigns, and working closely with the LATAM team marketing, channel, and sales teams to convert prospects into customers.
Responsibilities- Primary responsibility is to support the LATAM sales team in generating new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling and prospecting into target accounts.
- Qualify inbound prospects by educating them on solutions, answering questions, and determining how they move through the sales funnel.
- Engage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, supporting the sales team in moving leads through the sales pipeline.
