Description

You will have 6 direct reports and 10 indirect reports. Ideally for this role you need to reside: North Shore, South Shore or Greater Montreal Area. YOUR CHALLENGES Overall responsibility of the region: grow the skills and responsibility of the sales team. Increase revenue and profitability while holding the team accountable for respective metrics. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and implement the business development strategy and ensure its execution;
Structure and optimize the prospecting process and the follow-up with clients in a spirit of partnership;
Develop and maintain exemplary relationships with customers, partners, colleagues, and vendors;
Build, develop and guide a team of outside representatives from sales managers to account managers. Prepare and manage the budget with full P&L responsibilities;
