Description

Working closely with the World Financial Group (WFG) Distribution sales management team, you will be responsible for strategic business development exclusively within the WFG distribution sales channel for Ontario. You will target business development opportunities within this distributor and identify and manage revenue generation and sustain profitable growth.

You will

Identify and manage targeted advisors and qualified prospects within the defined sales territory

Work closely with WFG sales management team to develop annual sales plans for targeted advisors consistent with regional WFG sales plan

Increase the sales productivity of the targeted advisor group

Assist advisors to design solutions through training for a variety of concepts

Build and grow advisor relationships with a goal of delivering value add to the customer

Maintain client contact on an established or regular basis
