Core purpose

  • Increase sales team productivity and proposal quality while reducing cycle time.

Job responsibilities:



CRM and data discipline

  • Own data quality in HubSpot or Q360
  • Ensure all deals, contacts, activities are complete and accurate
  • Generate weekly pipeline reports

Proposal and RFP management

  • Own end-to-end RFP response coordination
  • Maintain a reusable content library
  • Assemble proposals using standard templates
  • Ensure deadlines are met

Sales enablement support

  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations
  • Ensure materials reflect current offerings

Internal coordination

  • Track dependencies for proposals and deals
  • Follow up internally to unblock progress
