We are looking for

a driven and enthusiastic SE Team Lead (m/w/d),or our Nordics region, who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team


Your role in BizAway
As a Team Lead, you will guide a 6-8 team of Outbound full-cycle Sales Executives to success. Your main responsibilities will be:
 
  • Leading negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Implementation (as part of your onboarding, you will carry a personal quota)
  • Raising the bar for your team to consistently meet revenue targets
  • Forecasting new business revenue, giving full visibility of your team’s deal pipeline
  • Collaborate with Implementation and Customer Success to ensure a smooth activation and handover of signed accounts
  • Collaborate with the SDR Team to improve pipeline quality, in a positive feedback loop.
