About the Role

Reporting to the CEO, the Business Development Executive will drive new business for Irpinia Kitchens. This is a hunter role at its core; you will identify and pursue new opportunities, build a high‑value pipeline, and close deals that expand Irpinia's presence in the luxury residential, multi‑family, and commercial markets. You will also be responsible for elevating the entire sales function: building process discipline, leveraging Salesforce, and setting the standard for how Irpinia goes to market.
