Job Summary:
Responsible for providing excellent customer service by supporting internal and external customer needs during the sales cycle. Builds foundational knowledge on sales order process and understands how to solve and escalate customer issues.

Accurate and timely processing of sales orders
Supports sales team and internal stakeholders
Improved customer onboarding and documentation
Resolution of billing and service issues
Essential Job Functions:
Enter and track sales requests in CRM (Business Central, Navision Salesforce & Oracle) or other order management systems
