Job Description
- Manage and develop partnership with dealers
- Manage and develop sales team
- Develop and execute sales strategy
- Collaborate with dealers in order to navigate the dealer to establish a strong partnership with customers
- Report regularly to management and HQ - Other responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirement
・Min. Bachelor’s degree
・Min. Business Level English proficiency (proficient in doing technical discussion in English fluently)
・Min. 15 years working of experience as Sales in a heavy machinery trading company from American, European, or Japanese well known Excavator and Wheel Loader units brands, with at least 5 years of experience as Sales Manager
・Excellent computer proficiency in MS Office applications and capability to use SAP and other business systems
・Smart, proactive, determined, good business acumen
