THE ROLE

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with Account Managers to complete multiple Sales Administrative tasks for major National Chains.

  • New item creations and maintaining existing items in vendor’s portals, and on templates.

  • Updating Sales Promotional Master tracker with event info.

  • Creating RAs (Return Authorizations) for Promotional and Basic items and filling out vendor RTV forms.

  • Manage the Claims Tracker and incoming requests.

  • Collaborate with the Field Team to help achieve in-store execution standards and sales targets.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows.

  • · Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to all sales objectives, ensuring that all initiatives are managed in a timely fashion.
