Job Description
- Develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, including handling inquiries and conducting visits - Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations, including negotiation and closing deals
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and on-time delivery
- Handle invoicing and support payment follow-up, while monitoring overall sales progress
- Address customer complaints and provide timely solutions, while reporting on sales activities and supporting target achievement
