Description
As a Sales Lead, you will own the entire sales funnel and be responsible for driving closures and achieving
monthly revenue targets for your assigned Experience Centre.
What You’ll Own
● Own and manage the end-to-end sales funnel to drive higher conversion rates
● Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent project closures
● Drive 12–15 project bookings per month by ensuring strong pipeline management
● Deliver exceptional customer experience and relationship management throughout the sales journey
● Collaborate closely with designers at the Experience Centre to ensure seamless execution of assigned
projects
● Actively participate in and contribute to training programs aimed at enhancing customer experience
● Coach and train designers to improve customer interactions and overall experience quality
