We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and elevate the performance of our sales teams in Cancun.
This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing team performance, and implementing best-in-class sales strategies within the travel and cruise industry.
The ideal candidate is a high-energy leader with a proven track record in sales management and deep experience in the travel sector. You will coach, develop, and inspire sales teams to exceed targets while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage and develop two sales teams
- Drive consistent revenue growth and achieve/exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for both teams
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including close rates, revenue per call, call quality, conversion rates, and callback discipline
