Safetica is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales teams across Central and Latin America, driving growth and building a high‑performance culture.
Responsibilities
You’ll roll up your sleeves and actively develop business in Central America while mentoring and empowering your team across LATAM. At the same time, you’ll refine sales strategies, remove roadblocks, and build a high-performance sales culture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in the LATAM region.
- Deep understanding of the LATAM market, including its cultural and business nuances.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to manage and develop a high‑performing sales team across multiple countries.
