About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager responsible for overseeing a medium-sized team or several small teams, setting departmental plans, and managing budgets and performance with minimal supervision. The role involves adapting priorities to meet operational needs and is accountable for achieving over 50% of RX Mexico’s sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all sales activities related to assigned events, including physical space, digital products, merchandising, and sponsorship. 
Setting and managing annual sales targets, representing about 50% of total event income. 
Leading, coaching, and training the sales team. 
Participating in client meetings and visiting events, with travel required about 30% of the time. 
Ensuring alignment with company objectives and collaborating with other managers.
Provides expert subject matter guidance to associates, colleagues, and customers.
