Job Overview

Air Products is seeking an Eastern Canada Area Sales Manager to support the goal of becoming the safest, most diverse, and most profitable industrial gas company in the world. The Sales Manager will report to the Commercial Director and be responsible for driving superior sales performance for a significant area within the existing North Subregion, by coaching and developing her/his direct reports. The position is field based in Mississauga, Ontario and will support the Ontario and Quebec sales teams.

The Sales Manager’s role will be to strengthen the regional structure and sales model, build distinctive capabilities among the team and increase focus and accountability in the region. Primary objectives are to deliver revenue growth, ensure high retention/renewal rates and drive pricing improvement and profitability.
