**What you will do**
- Drive Sales Performance: Achieve sales quotas across assigned territories and product lines by implementing innovative strategies to expand Stryker's market presence and grow the customer base.
- Lead Strategic Planning: Align sales strategies with Finance and Operations, including pricing models, customer targeting, and forecasting.
Design differentiated business models to approach high-potential customers and strategic opportunities.
