We are conducting a confidential search for a hands-on, high-firepower producer who thrives on client acquisition and real asset sales. This is a lead-by-example seat designed for a professional who enjoys being in front of financially sophisticated and High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients. It is not a traditional management desk role; you will carry a personal production goal while spending approximately 15% of your time coaching a small team through your own successful execution.
