Position

Full time Under the authority of the Sales Director and General Manager, the Sales Manager – Tour and Travel Market assists the Sales Department.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell hotel products and services to the Tours and Travel market
• Process group reservations (amenity and convention groups) in the system
• Draft group contracts, conditions, arrival lists, meals, meeting space, and baggage handling, and ensure follow‑up with the concerned departments
• Prepare the arrival list for the current week
• Follow up with customers and resolve issues
• Ensure that the reservations department has all rates or contracts related to the different market segments and promotional rates
• Maintain the inventory of promotional products and stationery needed for the sales department
• Support the General Manager
