Sales & Operations Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Operations Specialist to join our key client team to support the execution and growth of a new sports apparel sales channel, powered by a proprietary technology platform.
Based in Mexico City, this role sits at the intersection of Sales, Operations, and Customer Delivery, owning the end-to-end execution of the channel.
The role operates within a sales‐assisted model, leveraging North America inventory, ESW‐enabled quoting and payments, and cross‐border delivery into Mexico.
This is a critical role responsible not only for operational execution, but also for driving revenue conversion, managing customer interactions, and scaling the channel.
The Sales & Operations Specialist ensures that demand is translated into accurate, paid, and successfully delivered orders, while continuously improving the operating model as the programme grows.
