You will take charge of coordinating sales orders, maintaining accurate databases, and reporting to management. This role involves close collaboration with marketing for supply planning, responding to customer inquiries, and facilitating product availability with suppliers. Your analytical skills will help resolve any invoicing discrepancies and enhance the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute the processing of sales orders in SAP
• Function as an inside support for external sales staff
• Prepare and present sales and purchase reports
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
• Manage customer invoicing issues and corrections
Requirements:
• Requires high school level education and 3-4 years relevant experience
