Sales & Project Lead – Calgary

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Closing Sales: Meeting with customers, quoting high‑end interior projects, and getting the contract signed.
• Managing Installs: Coordinating with our local contractors, showing up on‑site to supervise, and ensuring the job is finished perfectly and on time.
• Communication: Being the main point of contact between the customer and the trades. You make sure everyone is on the same page.

Requirements:

• Fluent English: You need to communicate clearly with both homeowners and construction crews.
• A Vehicle: You must own a reliable vehicle and drive to various sites across Calgary daily.
• Self‑Starter: If you need someone to tell you what to do every hour, this isn’t for you. You get the leads, you get the jobs, and you get them done.
• High Energy: You’re a go‑getter who wants to earn based on performance.
