ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales Recruiter at Vivazen, you will focus on high‑volume hiring for Territory Sales Representatives across key markets. You will help drive the full candidate journey from sourcing and screening through scheduling, offer support, orientation, and onboarding.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO EVERY DAY

• Own high‑volume recruiting activity focused on go‑to‑market sales hiring
• Conduct 10 to 12 recruiter screens per day with speed, energy, and quality
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, warm leads, and internal tools
