We are seeking an Sales Representative to support business growth within a family‑owned commercial cleaning organization focused on long‑term relationships and sustainable expansion. This role is responsible for owning the full sales lifecycle within a large territory (Edmonton), combining new business development with ongoing relationship management. Day‑to‑day, the Sales Representative will prospect and open new commercial opportunities by knocking on doors, networking, leveraging referrals, and following up on qualified leads from the Business Development team. They will conduct site visits, assess square footage and operational needs, build strong relationships with property managers and decision‑makers, and lead detailed discovery conversations to understand service challenges.
