Sales Representative and Operations Specialist (Surrey)

Job Summary

We're looking for a bright mind who is ready to be the first point of contact for customers and help find solutions to their storage needs, while assisting in lead generation to bring new ones through the door. In this role, you'll help the team increase facility occupancy by devising promotional strategies, building and fostering new and existing customer relationships, and handling administrative tasks.

Duties

• Guiding the customer through every step in their self‑storage journey, from first contact to signed rental agreement and beyond.
• Assessing wants and needs, and finding solutions for all customer types.
• Building relationships with tenants, and ensuring a consistent experience which communicates the security and professionalism of the facility.
• Monitoring the pricing and promotions of nearby competitors.
